Eric Marks is a former Israeli Navy SEAL with extensive operational experience across high-risk environments globally. As CEO of BHS Intelligence & Protection, Eric leads the firm's strategic direction, client relationships, and operational oversight. His background in elite special operations informs every aspect of how BHS plans, deploys, and executes — ensuring that clients receive not just advice, but accountable operational leadership.
ARIEL KERN
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Ariel Kern brings a rare operational biography built across multiple militaries, continents, and decades. He began his career as a paratrooper in the German military before serving as a lone soldier in the Israel Defense Forces, where he served through one of the region's most demanding operational periods. What followed was a career spanning private security operations across nearly 100 countries — from the Balkans to active conflict zones globally. As COO of BHS-US, Ariel oversees day-to-day operations, vendor governance, and the delivery of BHS's integrated security model. He is one of the few people in this industry whose operational credibility is measured not in certifications, but in countries.
